Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the DropVoice application and related services (the “Service”), operated by 920Four (“DropVoice,” “we,” “us”). By installing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
DropVoice lets Shopify merchants add personal voice notes to their storefront, checkout, and post-purchase experiences, and to send transactional order and delivery notifications (including optional SMS) to customers who have consented.
2. Merchant responsibilities
- You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid consent from your customers before sending them text messages, in compliance with the TCPA, CTIA guidelines, and all applicable laws. See our SMS Terms.
- You will use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with Shopify’s policies.
- You are responsible for the content of the voice notes and messages you create and send.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to send unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or unsolicited messages, to infringe others’ rights, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
4. Fees and billing
Paid plans and any usage-based charges (such as SMS) are billed through Shopify’s billing system according to the pricing shown in the app. Charges are non-refundable except as required by law. You can change or cancel your plan through Shopify.
5. Intellectual property
DropVoice and its logos are the property of 920Four. You retain ownership of the content you create; you grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the Service.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DropVoice and 920Four will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the app. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
